    Create your coach account and verify

    Sign up free, then complete a quick VerifyPass identity and credential check. Verification happens once, before you connect with any client — it's what lets clients trust that "coach" here really means coach.

    Invite a client

    Send a one-click email invitation. Your client approves the connection from their Selvenn app — nothing is shared until they say yes.

    Review their current focus and tasks

    Before each session, see their current focus, recent daily tasks, and progress trend — so you walk in already knowing how the week went instead of opening with "how was your week?"

    Shape their week — with AI or by hand

    Upload your session notes (.docx, .pdf, or text) and AI turns them into a week of focus and daily tasks — or assign the focus and each task manually. Either way, your guidance reaches your client through the notifications they already get.

What is Conversation Lens, and what does my client actually use?

Conversation Lens is a mobile coaching app. Your client has short voice or chat sessions with an AI coach and gets insights, a weekly focus, and small daily tasks for their relationship, goals, and daily life. Your coach dashboard sits on top of that — you shape and review their experience between the sessions you run with them.

Is there an AI coach? Does it replace me?

No. The AI handles daily check-ins and nudges; you provide the direction and judgment — you set the focus, turn your notes into their tasks, and track progress. Think of the AI as what carries your plan to your client every day between your sessions.

What do I actually do as a coach?

You work from a web dashboard. Invite clients by email — a one-click invitation your client approves, with no shared passwords. See their insights, weekly focus, and daily tasks (the same view they have, so your sessions start informed). Guide their daily activity — give instructions and shape their daily tasks. And your client stays in control: every invitation requires explicit approval, and clients can decline or revoke access at any time.

What can I see on a client's dashboard?

Their current focus area, their daily tasks (today and upcoming), their progress chart over time, and their reports and insights from sessions — so your sessions start informed. (Your client uses a separate, redesigned app day to day; the coach view gives you their focus, tasks, progress, and reports rather than a pixel-identical copy of their screen.)

Can I read my client's chats or session transcripts?

No. The platform surfaces insights, patterns, and tasks derived from sessions — not the raw conversation. Voice and chat sessions stay private to your client.

Can I edit my client's tasks?

Yes. Any upcoming task can be edited inline — rewrite, swap focus, replace altogether. You can also upload a session note (.docx, .pdf, or plain text, up to 5MB) and the system turns it into a week of daily tasks calibrated to where your client is in their journey.

Can I message my client through the platform?

Not yet. Direct in-app coach-client messaging isn't built — keep using your usual channel (email, your scheduling tool, etc.). The platform's job is between sessions: preparation, task design, and tracking.

Can I coach myself, my partner, or a family member?

No. Self-coaching is blocked, and we ask coaches not to invite close family or partners — conflict-of-interest gates exist for a reason. Use a regular individual account for personal use.

Do I need to verify my credentials?

Yes. Every coach goes through VerifyPass identity and credential verification before connecting with any client. Clients have a right to know that "coach" on this platform actually means coach.

What does it cost — for me and for my client?

Free for coaches during beta. Your client's experience (free or premium) is unaffected by the coach connection.

How do I run a five-minute pre-session prep?

Before each session, glance at the dashboard: what's the current focus, which tasks did they complete, what does the chart trend say. Walk in already informed instead of opening with "how was your week?"

How do I turn session notes into homework?

Right after a session, upload your typed notes (.docx, .pdf, or plain text). The system translates them into a week of daily tasks tuned to your client's current level — small enough to actually do, specific enough to act on. Edit any task before it goes live.

How do I handle mid-week course-corrections?

A task didn't land? Something came up in a midweek text that you want to address? Edit a single upcoming task inline, or swap the week's focus framing — without waiting for the next session.

How do I hold clients accountable without confrontation?

Visible task completion plus the chart give you a neutral basis for "I noticed Tuesday went well — what was different?" instead of "did you do your homework?" The data does the asking.

Coach access is web-only

The coach experience lives in your web browser. Your clients can use a browser version or the Selvenn mobile app for their exercises and daily check-ins — we recommend the mobile app, which can send clients daily push-notification reminders.
